- Built a multi-provider Employee Directory integration in Go, supporting Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, and Zoho with paginated API syncing, batch PostgreSQL upserts, and automated cron-based polling for real-time employee data synchronization.
- Designed an automated employee departure detection system that identifies offboarded and disabled accounts by cross-referencing identity provider data, triggering multi-channel alerts (email, Slack, Teams, in-app) and auto-reassigning security findings to reporting managers.
- Developed a multi-channel notification engine with per-organization preference management, supporting email, Slack DM, Microsoft Teams, and in-app dashboard notifications with idempotent delivery tracking and channel validation.

- Integrated third-party Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech services (Sarvam AI and Google) enabling real-time voice transcription and audio generation for the platform.
